What Causes Itchy Rash On Leg Along With Burning Sensation?

I used gold bond cream for itchy rash on my leg s, after applying the gold bond it gave me very cold smooth feeling at the same time it may have been burning my skin getting the cold feeling I didn t feel the burning till the 2nd day which is red and tight and burning when I move around and in shower when the water touches (like a sunburn feeling) what can I use?
