What Causes Itchy Rash On Stomach And Leg?

I developed a horrible raised itchy rash on my back tummy and backs of my legs. Thought maybe it was the cleaner they used so I tried the stand up bed...it didnt help and my rash got worse. Im wondering if maybe I got scabies from the tanning bed and tanning made the rash worse?
