What Causes Itchy Rash On The Right Upper Lid And Over The Lower Body?

For the past 2 weeks I have a red blotchy itchy rash on my right upper lid. I have tried warm compresses and hydrocortizine cream and it's getting worse. I also realized I have been taken 600mg of ibuprofen for a recent fractured tibia/fibula, can this be the problem?? also itching over the lower body. I am 53 yrs. old, 5"6, weight 133 lbs. and I am in fairly good health. I recently fell on ice 2/5/11, and fractured my left leg.
