What Causes Itchy Rashes And Pimples Around The Nose?

I have red rash around my nose which is sometimes itchy and I have this problem since 2-3 months. Sometimes I get pimples around my nose and after using sofradex it give some relief. I also get pimples on my face frequently mostly on hairly part. My scalp is full of pimples which keep coming and going. I am also taking Itraconazole capsules and hydroxyzine hydrochloride tablets which gives some relief. Few days back after the use of these medicines I noticeded a good improvement on my face and around nose. But since one week the problem started again. I also noticed that when ever I eat sugar or drink coldrink or tea this problem comes back. Also spicy food make the problem worse. I am not sure why it is talking time to get cure. Any suggestion would be helpful. PS: I keep getting pimples on my hair since 7-8 years .. Getting pimples on my face since 2 years and it was clean before that. Getting red rash around my nose since 2-3 months and it was clean before that.
