What Causes Itchy Rashes On Body And Face Of A Child?

Hi! My question is: What is the cause of my daughter s rash? It is all over her legs and arms and the cheeks on her face. The rash is a bit itchy, but not that bad. It is only located in places that saw the sun today. It was mild and sunny....could it be an allergic reaction to the sun?
