What Causes Itchy Rashes On Feet And Ankles?

Hi there. I'm breaking out in an ichy rash. They are small bumps, don't appear to be bites as I don't see a puncture mark. they are mostly on my feet and ankles, around my belly area, and on my right arm. I don't have a fever. I've had chicken pox. I'm 48.
