What Causes Itchy Rectum?

Good evening, since yesterday the are between my vagina and rectum has been itchy. What seemed odd was a bunch of tiny blood spots when I wipe. It doesn't seem to be from my vagina but perhaps from the. rectum?? The bleeding doesn't look like hemmorhoids though..
