What Causes Itchy Red Area Around Anus?

I have a bright red area around annas about half dollar in size on both right and left side. epsom salt baths seem to soothe it. it does get itchy and the skin feels dry. It is getting more irrritating and has been there for probably 6 weeks, at first not bright red but that symptom appeared calmed down but is now bright red again. Thank s for any ides you might have.sorry didn t know there was a fee. I am seeing my gyne Monday, I ll speak to her. Thank you
