What Causes Itchy Red Bumps Around The Skin Of Anus?

I have little red bumps around my anus. They don t hurt. They only itch every now and then. What could this be? Lately I have had a lot of vaginal discharge and my doctor says this is because I am on birth control. I went to the doctor because of this and itching. They tested for gonhrrea and it came out negative. They said I had high white cells in the culture tests. Any advice?
