What Causes Itchy Red Bumps On Hand?

I have these red bumps that look like a mosquito bite it itches bad I have one on the side my hand that was there before but went away and I have new ones I don't have bed bugs cause I made sure and had a extermination done on my home any idea of what these bumps are also it's been about a month since I had first seen them
