What Causes Itchy Red Bumps On Outer Labia?

I have red bumps on outer labia. Don't appear blister like and they've been there unchanged for about 10 days. Slightly itchy but not sore. No pain or illness. Could this be herpes. I also think I may have a yeast infection. Starting treatment today. Discharge white and odorless with typical yeast infection consistency
