What Causes Itchy Red Bumps On Waist, Thighs And Shoulders?

I had itchy reddish bumps around my waist...thigh and shoulders .....I was prescribed prednisolon20 and teczine 5 mg for 10 days and then it was ok and as she suggested I stopped...again now I am getting the same symptoms.... What sould I do ....she said it looks like insect bite
