What Causes Itchy Red Dots On The Hands?

Hi, for the longest time, I have had a tiny little flat dot on my right hand. I asked my doctor about it a couple of years ago about it but he said that it wasn t a big deal and that I just shouldn t scratch it because it will bleed for a long time. Recently, I ve been starting to see more of these red dots on my hands and I don t know what is causing them to surface. Are these dots harmless? How can I stop them from appearing? Is there any way to eliminate these dots?
