What Causes Itchy Red Eyes Along With Puffiness And Scaly Skin?

For the last 2 weeks I have eczema around my eyes and around the nostril s. I have tried extra virgin coconut oil vitamin E, Aragan oil, cetaphil cleanser, Neilmed, antihistamines, cut out eggs, changed all make up etc. My eyes are extremely itchy, wrinkly, puffy, red, very dry scaley and cracked, feel tight, feels like a film on my eyes. Nose is red, cracked and dry. Help! Thanks!
