What Causes Itchy Red Pores And Pus On Forehead And Chest?

Hi I have a skin condition that is really concerning. It starts out as a pore that gets large and is red and itchy. The hole then gets bigger and pus develop. It's spreading with multiple holes like this on my forehead and chest. Also, I have severe pain in each section of my body that has this. For example, when I got it on my chest my right arm was hurting really bad. Now that it's on my forehead I have sudden pains in my head.
