What Causes Itchy Red Rashes On Penis?

After sex last night I woke up with itchy red little bumps in one patch on my penis. Almost like a rash......this is the first time that something like this has happened and my wife and i have been tested for every STD and are clean.......Just want to know if you had any idea of what it could be........
