What Causes Itchy, Red Skin Tag On Back?

i do have some red skin tag or (mole ) on my back..these appears on my lower back and sometimes on my leg...also it will itch sometimes?

i don't have health insurance and i am worry about it...so i can not see a doctor for now...will you pls

let me know what is this?
