What Causes Itchy Red Sores On Clitoris?

I have an extremely itchy clittoris! On top of this, a black dot in the centre of it. Also, white/hard skin on the right and a red sore bump on the left. The itchy has been there for a long time. Everything else is recent....the last 2 months. Age
