What Causes Itchy Red Spots On Abdomen And Leg?

I have little pin type red and purple spot on back leg and stomach and is very itchy .Had medication tamoxifen about 2weeks ago and stopped taking this ,for a reaction to this ,but it seems like this should have gone away by now Is there something to take or do to release the itching
