What Causes Itchy, Red Spots On Stomach?

i have some allergy reactions start from my stomach have red spot n itchy...i always scratch till blood coming ...1 doctor said may be i have inside infection thats why i feel this thing please can you help me what i should do..and who the doctor i suppose to go thank you
