What Causes Itchy Red Spots On The Foot?

I started but getting this red spots on my right foot, on the top of my foot. Looked like ant bites. And that part went away but then it started on another area of foot. Now it has gone to bottom foot and it itches. And my big toe is constantly red an itchy.
