What Causes Itchy Red Spots On The Neck?

Hi, I woke up this morning having itch in my neck and found very tiny bloody red spots. The istance between them was about an inch. Although Only 1 or 2 resulted in itching. I thought may be a bed bug bites!!??? But then I scratched other tiny bumbs on my skin in the neck area and that caused also bloody dots. Yesterday before going to bed I took Flexeril pill for pain in my back. May be it is a side effect?

PLEASE, help!!!
