What Causes Itchy Scabs All Over Body In A Person With Liver Disorder?

Spleen,liver,pancreas,seizures,left side stomach ulcers, pleural effusion lower left lung.,chest cold absess central front left region, inflammatory disease. History of liver disorder, alcohol use, tobacco, skin itchings. Had a dog suffering with itching skins and some liver related problems. Skin of dog was grey dead type, was spitting yellow saliva out of mouth and trembled often when was alive i.e. before death. Same things happened to me.
