What Causes Itchy Scalp With Greasy Flakes And Thinning Hair?

I have an itchy scalp with small greasy flakes. I have noticed that my hairline is thinning out. A lot of bumps appeared around my hairline and have spread to cover the rest of my face (there are even bumps under my eyebrows). The bumps are continuing to spread into the chest and back areas. My eyebrows, like my hairline are thinning out and I am losing more eyelashes than before. What is the cause?
