What Causes Itchy Scrotum Along With Raised Blisters On Skin?

Hi, i am 22 years old and got chicken pox, i started sweating yesterday and then my scrotum started itching, because of which i could not sleep throughout the night, The skin appears to be swollen, and mayb a few blisters got popped due to scratching unconsiously. Please help.
