What Causes Itchy, Sensitive And Cracked Penis?

i have itchy ,red,sinstiv and cracked penis glans i wnet to the docotor 5 times and he said nothing dangers and its normal but i dont feel normal there is somthing worng my penis please help iam 24 hours thinking about it its the same over a year now
