What Causes Itchy Skin, Brittle Nails And Matted Hair?

my skin pigment and texture has changed , im very itchy, my nails are brittle,my hair matts together, i get a grey rash around my neck and i have noticed like grains of salt or pepper coming from my skin especially around my breast area. holes keep appearing in my clothes.ive also noticed that my palms of my hands turn orange and the skin peels, i have lesions all over my body that wont heal.
