What Causes Itchy Skin In Lower Back Area?

Hi, I'm 14, 8 stone and 5 ft 3. I got out the bath tonight and realized the skin on my coccyx/lower back above my bum is raised and quite itchy. Its not sore or tender to touch but I'm just about worried as to what it is. Was wondering if you could help?
