What Causes Itchy Skin Rash Resembling Ring Worm Infection?

I have a very itchy arm rash in three places. One at wrist, one at crease in elbow front and on top of shoulder. The one at wrist looks like ringworm a little but no the others. It feels like heated itchy pin scratching feeling. I love in Bali.....can you help diagnose this please?
