What Causes Itchy Small Bumps On Labia Minora?

Hi there. about a month ago I was treating myself for a yeast infection. It went away after about 3 days but the itch came back about a week later. I researched it and thought I had thrush. But after trying home remedies the it itch is still there. I then noticed the itching was coming from little small bumps all in a row lining the edges of my labia minora. Ive been looking online only to find that there are many women with the same issue. Unfortunately none of them have gone to the gyno to see what it is and report back. The itch will come back every couple of days. No smell or discolour odour is apparent. I appreciate any advice.
