What Causes Itchy Small Bumps On The Anus?

Hey doc. Well I'm 22 but I'm not at all sexually active. I do however have this bump down by my anus. It itches just a little and is a bit uncomfortable. I thought it was a spider bite until I looked at it and noticed a rash around it and what might be other smaller bumps. Thoughts?
