What Causes Itchy Spot Behind The Knee?

I have an itchy spot behind my right knee. No rash or other cause visible. also lesser itching two other spots on right leg, none on left leg. 68 yo, male, wearing jeans mostly last few days, got worse when putting on pjs. taking lisinopril, attennolol.
