What Causes Itchy Spots From Neck To Under Breasts?

I have spots some red some not on back of neck , left side of neck, continuing down to under my breasts. the ones on neck and top o chest itch very slightly , the ones under breast itch less. I do not feel ill. I have had these spots for about five days. Nobody I have contact with has contracted the spots from me and I have not contracted it from them. What could it be? I work away from home so it will be about a week till I get to see my doctor.
