What Causes Itchy Spots On Lower Back, Thigh, Hairline And Behind Ears?

Hey got a rash bottom of my back and few sports up my spine on my back n behind my ears are sore and bottom of eyes below lashes are burning but red and few spots on my thigh n hair line itchy aswell IVE had chicken pox 23 years ago but im not feeling right at all tbh m when I scratch one of the spots on back it s like a hole in my back what is this
