What Causes Itchy Spots On Swollen Ankles?

I think I may have a parasite infection not sure how to treat it or what it is. Have been to a doctor who offered to do a punch biopsy on a lump on my head under hair. Not sure this will identify or resolve the problem so have declined for now. Have hard itch bites around ankles that have been there months, not a great irritation though definitely still present and swelling in ankles. Sometimes getting cramps, this is unusual for me. Also persistent head parasite that is under skin and cannot get rid off. Have been treating consistently and keeping under control though is still definitely there. Quite considerable discomfort and the yuck factor not helping. I am considering going to a chemist and asking for deworming for parasites such as bloodworm, thinking this may resolve. Your opinion may help
