What Causes Itchy Throat, Eyes And Ankles?

i have itchy throat, eyes and ankles. what could it be? i've also recently had problems with a burning sensation in my left leg while sleeping. it's bad enough to wake me up. any ideas? i'm a 50 year old, 5 ft 10 in, 150 lb female in quite good shape and health. only problem to date has been familial varicose veins which are now under control with both a doctor's care and regular exercise.
