What Causes Itchy Vagina With Urge To Urinate?

hello how are u doing today? i would like to know what is wrong with me .. please okay first the other day my vagina started to itch a little but i don`t know if it burns or itches.it kinda feels like both. and when i think i have to pee .just a little comes out no smell or burning when i pee.
