What Causes Itchy, White Spots All Over Body And Fever?

Hi im 21 and I have white spots that are between the sizes of a dime and some a quarter some are flat and some are raised they can be itchy at times.they broke out all over my body mainly my back and legs. Also I have been very tired lately and been having fevers and think it might have to do with the outbreak? And don't no what it is
