What Causes Ithcy Rashes Over Arms,legs And Chest?

Hi I have a red itchy mosquito bite looking rash over arms, legs and chest. Have had the rash for about two weeks. I am a binge drinker, stopped for 7 years and then started drinking again in the last year. I believe my rash is associated with liver disease or cause of the rash
