What Causes Jelly Like Discharge From Penis?

Hi i have just had a clear like jelly on the top of my penis. I have never had this before. I did just go for a poo but it seemed fine. I have had this kinda mum cold feeling in the hose of my en is but not sure just there if you know what I mean as I know it's there. I think in just escaped an outbreak of herpes 2 which I have as I am talking 4pm aciclovir twice a day. Could you advise me.
