What Causes Jelly Like Mucus With A Yellow Tint?

Hi im 19 and i had a HSG test done to see if my tubes were open, both tubes were blocked and the ends so the doctor put more dye in and finally got a little bit of spillage, Now I have 11 days til my period and so far havent had a Lh surge, Ive also randomly had a jelly like mucus with a yellow tint come out about 3 times.
