What Causes Jelly Like Vaginal Discharge During Pregnancy?

I am 18 weeks 1 day pregnant and when I wiped myself after voiding I noticed a large amount of a jelly like substance. It wasnt tinged with blood, or brown, not green or yellow and didnt have an odor. Should I be alarmed? All of this is after I had sex with my boyfriend yesterday.
