What Causes Joint Pain,persistent Headache And Weight Gain?

I am aching in my joints and the heels of my hands. I have zero energy. I get sleepy if I sit still for more than 5 minutes or so. I constantly have a headache. I have been active most of my life. The last 5 years I have gained an excessive amount of weight. I am 52 years old and a female. I am wanting to walk and exercise but cannot find the energy. Could I have limes disease would it hurt to try the antibiotics that are given for this?
