What Causes Kidney Stones, Urethra Staphylococcus Aureus, Fever, Chest Pain And Vomiting?

i am diagnostucated with stones at both kidneys and stafilococus aureus at the uretras ( sorry dor my bad english, i`m from an european country) but, after i got a flow in january this year, every month after, without exception i`m having fiever 2 months ago i had a higher fievre, with delir and chest pain i went to doctor and told me is nothing to worry, just to take some pils to get down the fiever the problem is that i started to throw up and to feel very tired lately and when i wake up i feel a sick sensation may u help me?
