What Causes Knee Discomfort And Swelling Post Surgery For Knee Replacement?

Hi, I had knee replace replacement 1 yr. ago, I still can not bend my knee. Its swollen inside as well as outside. 3 phase bone scan showed hot spot all around knee joint. MRI with contrast showed nothing. Asperation of fluid showed nothing as well as c-reactive was normal. Could I have metallosis or did all the x-rays and test rule this out? carolina
