What Causes Knot Inside The Nipple?

hello im 13 years old and i recently have a kinda knot inside my left nipple not under it inside it when i press on it or pluck it together on my nipple it hurts and on my right nipple it doesnt hurt and it is kinda the normal size it is supposed to be. and this is the second time it has happen
