What Causes Knots In Stomach And Blood In Stools?

I have pain feels like my tummy is tieing in knots sometimes there is blood in stool for days I throw up sometimes with blood in the food I throw up sometimes it just knots up feels like some is tieing up my tummy and sometimes pain goes all the way to my sides around me completely I think it cancer I CANT PAY TO DO ALL THE TEST
