I am 25 y/o female 4 pregnancies 4 children. I present with tiny papercut like fissures in the crease of my labia majora. This is the third time I have had this. It started after the return of my mensus 3 months post partum with child number four. The next month it was before my period began and this month it is several weeks before my period. I notice no blisters. Just the fissures which are preceeded by itchy mild burning and red pubic area. the fissures are located at the lover part of the labia crease and somewhat the perineum as well. They are exremely painful and uncomfortable. Please I am miserable. HELP!
