What Causes Lack Of PMS Symptoms And Delayed Menstruation After Essure Procedure?

I had the essure procedure done December 18th 2012 I'm suppose to have my period January 10th. I had unprotected sex Dec 28th on my ovulation day. I've had no PMs symptoms. I'm nervous that I may not start because I've read horror stories about essure and I've hadn't had any symptom's. Plz help if possible
