What Causes Lack Of Appetite And Hemorrhoids With Oily Discharge?

My son expressed concern about his rectum. He seems to have hemorrhoids with some slight bleeding, but is concerned with the discovery of an oily discharge. He rarely has an appetite to eat and goes 2-3 days without eating more than one meal a day, sometime none at all. He says that his stomach and throat feel like it is turning on itself. He has no fever, and is not vomiting. Could this be acid reflux and/or ibs?
